In an age in which reason is increasingly growing cynical and where we tend to run away from ourselves, writers and thinkers provide magical anchorage. They may not be always right and we may disagree with them. Still they offer us an opportunity to meditate on ourselves and on our world. In these sober moments we can look deeply into ourselves and may be, there we find possibility of our salvation.
